Patrick has had the honor of being both a friend and mentor to dancers who have
been featured on America’s Got Talent and So, You Think You Can Dance?!. He has
also co-hosted both national and binational level Hip Hop events with Red Bull Energy
Drink.
Patrick is a first-generation college graduate on his dad’s side having earned his
Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Texas in El Paso. In 2006 Patrick was named
the El Paso Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Small Business Administration.
When not traveling he loves riding his bike, kayaking, exploring foodie spots with his
wife Rachel and enjoying NPR while stuck in Austin, TX traffic.

Rachel Perez is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in
corporate management and the non-profit industry. Rachel is skilled in operations
management, analytics, coaching, leadership development, customer service, and sales.
She has over 14 years of experience in leadership training, interviewing, hiring and
growth plans within fortune 500 companies including:

Rachel was a top ten graduate from Texas Bible Institute and has been volunteering with
Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Texas since 2014. She lives in Austin, TX with her
husband Patrick where they enjoy social outings with friends and exploring vegetarian
dishes around town.
