People must understand the why and buy into the how, in order to make the change, the transition. (designed to maximize potential and increase productivity), If You Want to Set the World on Fire Help Others Light Their Matches: Teaching the Power of Vision (which emphasizes how to motivate, communicate and use vision to create successful outcomes under any circumstances), and Creating Real Magic, the Attitude that Sells.
As a consultant Jennifer has helped create solutions for hundreds of organizations including Honeywell Space Systems, American Airlines, Microsoft, Marriott Hotels, Xerox, Pitney Bowes, Reebok, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Edwards Air Force Base, Volvo, BLM, Tropicana, U.S. Navy, New York City Parks Department and New York state, Ernst & Young, Dun & Bradstreet (where she wrote curriculum and taught) and the U.S. Post Office. Each client brought specific needs that involved consulting, designing programs and workbooks based on their criteria. She has also taught professional speakers and trainers (lecturing at New York City National Speakers Association’s prestigious Speakers’ University) and has offered free programs for teens and young adults at various locations in New York City (including Riker’s Island) and Reno, NV. She has worked or works with numerous colleges, is an adjunct professor with North Vista College in San Antonio, TX and is on the faculty of American Management Association based in New York.
Author of four books on human potential, she has created alternative methodologies to build success, model excellence and develop leadership patterns. She served as a Personal Power Coach on KTVN Morning News, CBS Reno affiliate, for three years and has used her climb up Africa’s Mt. Kilimanjaro when teaching people how to anticipate and handle setbacks, often when and where they are least expected.

She is also the proud founder of a 501 © (3), Shakespeare Animal Fund, that pays emergency veterinarian bills for elderly, disabled and other low income individuals. A percentage of all her fees go to support this organization
