She has presented around the topic of women in leadership to an international conference in Denmark for Coca-Cola and Maersk. Her presentation, “What Exceptional Leaders Know”…a title taken directly from her best-selling book, has been presented to Coca-Cola World headquarters in London, Cargill, Wal-Mart, TD Williamson, WPX Energy, and hundreds of other engagements. Her audiences consistently rate “Why People Do What They Do,” as the best keynote session EVER.

Tracy is a member of the National Speakers Association, and co-author of the best-selling books “What Exceptional Leaders Know” and “Exceptional Leaders Playbook,” as well as the newly released “Leadership is a Verb.” She was published in The Journal of Medical Practice Management with an article titled “The 5 Conversations Leaders Must Get Right.”

Tracy earned her communications degree from the University of Oklahoma. As an athlete, she participated in the US Olympic Sports Festival, was a National Junior Olympic Coaching Instructor, and played in Japan as a member of the US National Softball Team.
